Visual poetry is evolving.  From its first influence by Fluxus, then concrete poetry, visual poetry has transitioned into a variety of elements where text and images merge into a single component.  It forms a relationship of wordplay using natural rhythms of poetic expression with sometimes unidentifiable shapes and forms. It is a delight to all of our senses.  Words dance across a page while color plays the harmonica.  At times, the poetry appears minimal in comparison. At other times, the words take center stage. On their own, the elements seem bland.  But together, they create a viewing experience where nothing is limited by the imagination.
